Three races of highly intelligent creatures are the most spread in the Otherworld: Elkars, Kurgauns and Gerethims.

Elkars

Elkars are tall with a striated beige/brown skin. They were nations of warriors with a very violent caste system, but after the fall of the Elder Gods most became small clans of hunters.

Kurgauns

Kurgauns are small crafters, lovers of delicate things. They lived in communities. They were engineers and inventors but became isolated dwellers. Description: half the size of a man, with wild, grey-white furry hair, a cat-like snout, dark grey skin, and slightly furry hands with delicate long fingers.

Gerethim

Gerethims are more solitary, the least technologically advanced of the sapient species. Yet they were scholars, were the first to learn writing, and studied their world with attention. There are very few of them left now. Description: the size of a man but of a skinnier build, with fine features: thin short nose, large, almond shaped black eyes, and with hazelnut skin.
